Growing Up!

Just had to snap this gem the other day. Moiya is just the cutest old lady you have ever seen! She is wherever we are just lazin' around.

Kendi and Hallie have just seemed like they are growing up so fast lately. Hallie has been telling me lately, "see Mom, I growin' up".

AWESOME!

Memorial Weekend

Memorial weekend, we took a break from building our deck, and headed to West Yellowstone for a J & V bbq. We were slated to stay in a hotel which hadn't been done with the kids since Kendi was two and we just found out about Hallie. That night was a DISASTER, and I had not been brave enough to try it since. The bbq was a success and so was the hotel. We can now officially travel and sleep in hotels without any worry!

The "folly" (Jim and Vonda's cabin) was where we had the bbq and luckily the buffalo hadn't been hazed back into the park yet. Lucky us! There were about 40 or 50 buffalo around the house the whole evening. A few calves had been born which is my favorite thing to watch!

Piggy Tails...

Sorry for the upside down photos, a downside to being left handed is the automatic rotate always assumes the picture was taken right-handed. Anyway, Hallie insisted that her Dad do her "piggy tails" before church one morning. He agreed, and with a huge smile on her face she got the holders and headed his way. With a huge smile on my face, I headed to get my camera! I think I remember the story of when my Dad tried to do my sisters hair before church one time.... Pat actually did a great job, and Hallie was happy not to have Mom do her hair for a change!

Time for Tball again!

Kendi was really excited to play tball for the second year, and she was lucky enough to be put on her friends team. The weather has been an issue and a lot of the games have been postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Still, it has been a major success with Hallie chomping at the bit to play next year too!

FINALLY!

I have been a major slacker when it comes to posting pictures these days. For the most part it is because I rarely (like every 3 Months) get on my actual computer anymore. If I happen to take photos with my nice camera, I cannot upload them onto my Ipad. Our computer is a dinasaur, Pat and I got it before we got married, so it is really slow. Another rainy day has prompted me to finally get around to posting some long overdue pictures of the family.

On this particular day in March, we were anxiously awaiting spring and the girls just had to get out their spring dresses. They have worn them everyday since rain or shine!

Fashion Show Extravaganza

Kendi and Hallie put on their first ever full out fashion show complete with music and a runway! It was hilarious to see the styles they chose and the excitement to show us. They even did their makeup!

Kendi's First skiing adventure

Pat felt like it was time to show Kendi how ski, so the two hit the slopes. They had a wonderful time, and both came back with bigs grins on their faces wondering when they could do it again.
